The guys were very, very good. Ben, who was coordinating with the truck was accommodating, very nice, professional, and a great team. They listened to us placing items, they unpacked what we asked them to unpack, and put things together. They were very, very good. We have recommended them twice.

Mike, the packer, and the 2 movers, Edward and Kirk, were great. Very chilled which helped me stay calm too.

We are moving from Canmore to Courtenay arranged by A1 Moving and Storage out of Burnaby, Sandy was the consultant. Everything went very smoothly and the was done in an excellent manner. Loading staff was great. Can’t say enough good, would certainly recommend this company.

We want to take this time to thank Laurie (Dufton) for all the work she did for us. She went out of her way to make this happen for us. Her attention to our problems, from a confirmed date to continued additional packages was most appreciated. We knew at least we didn’t have to worry about this part of the process.  She took the time to drop us a line every now and then, to see how things were going.  And lastly, a huge thank you to Brian and Wayne. These two represented your company with pride and a professionalism that I have not seen in 40 years. They went out of their way to ensure every item was properly wrapped, boxed and stowed. Their attitudes and work ethic would put any 4 man crew half their age to shame. I could not believe what they had accomplished in such a short time. And Brian, we have a very narrow entrance ie… driveway to get to the house, approx. 200ft. Hell or high water, he was determined to get his rig and trailer down and he did. Didn’t even break a twig on any tree. Most impressive. With warm regards.

I want to thank you for all your help. You made it easy for me to navigate through this process. I had never done this before! Josie is very happy for having chosen North American Van Lines. The three guys who loaded her things were very professional and accommodating, reassuring her once in a while, as she found the whole process quite stressful. The quote was unbelievably close.
